EVALUATION & TREATMENT

Evaluation and Treatment

A thorough evaluation of the potential sources of our pain and movement dysfunction... and a treatment plan that meets your individualized needs.

Your treatment at Middleburg Physical Therapy begins with a comprehensive examination by one of our board certified clinical specialists in consultation with your physician. Tests performed during the evaluation include measurements of your:
  • Overall health
  • Strength & Flexibility
  • Balance & Posture
  • Range of motion of joints
  • Gait & Body Structure
  • Soft tissue mobility
  • Functional movements: the way in which bones, muscles, ligaments and joints work together.
Following this evaluation, we develop an individualized plan of care based on your personal goals and needs. Subsequent treatment is provided in "one-on-one" sessions with your Physical Therapist.

Individualized treatment to help you recover from injuries, prevent recurrences, boost your fitness level, reduce stress... and give you life-long solutions.
